Today the Danos Group published the “UK In-House Senior Legal 2021 Moves – Q1 Report” – 2021 has been busy for Legal recruitment across the Banking and Financial Services sector. The uncertainty that we saw in 2020 is behind us, and an increased level of confidence has returned to the market.

Although most of the permanent hiring this year has been at the 2-8 years’ PQE level (VP), it is encouraging to see an increase in movement and internal promotions at the senior level of the market, as showcased in the report.
