Our Impact on Building Inclusive Legal Teams – At the Danos Group, we’re proud to be making a meaningful impact in diversifying legal talent across Financial Services. By embedding DEI principles at every stage of our recruitment process, we’ve driven real change over the past three years.

Key Results from 2024:

  • 73% of our legal placements were women — a 15% increase from the previous year.

  • 57.6% of interviews we arranged were for female candidates — a 6.6% rise year-over-year.

  • 55.5% of the lawyers we introduced to clients were women, up by 4.5%.

  • We’ve also seen a 9% increase in ethnically diverse candidates joining our network.
