Senior Consultant / Principle - Compliance & Governance

Responsibilities

• Utilising our large existing client base to significantly develop and expand our Compliance and Governance sector.
• Development of new candidate relationships within the financial services markets.
• Candidate networking and relationship building to ensure further market penetration.
• Generation of candidates at all levels through proactive and innovative acquisition methods including headhunting.
• Conducting interviews with all candidates at onboarding stage as part of our best practice guide.
• Managing candidates of all levels through the recruitment lifecycle
• Taking the lead on several key accounts, developing a complete understanding of clients’ requirements.
• Independently managing and organizing company networking events, controlling budget, style of event, guests/ guest speakers, etc.
• Marketing and promotion of the company.
• Consistent delivery against measured targets.
• Effective maintenance of records on the in-house recruitment database.
• Act as a Mentor for a Researcher or Associate within the Danos Group.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a high degree of motivation, drive, tenacity and commitment.
• Have experience in financial services recruitment.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have effective communication skills both written and verbal in English plus other languages would be an advantage.
